They can view available requests such as delivering a meal, sending coffee, running an errand, or helping around the home.

4. She stays in control

The mother can approve support, manage details, pause her Village, or extend it when she needs more time.

No. Serein Village is a private support space created specifically for her and the people she chooses to invite. It is not a public forum, social network, or stranger-to-stranger support group.
Not at all. She remains in complete control of her Village and can approve or decline any offer of support based on what feels helpful and comfortable.
Absolutely. Support does not have to happen in person. Friends and family can help from anywhere by sending a meal, arranging a coffee delivery, contributing toward an essential purchase, or completing another remote support request.
Each Village is initially active for eight weeks. Near the end of that period, she will have the option to extend it if she would like continued support.
No. Her address is never displayed publicly or automatically shared with everyone in her Village. It is only provided when necessary for an approved support offer, such as a meal or delivery.
At this time, Serein Village access is offered alongside a Serein box. It can be added to a Mini box and is included with Signature and Luxe boxes.
