The information you share helps SEREIN better understand the realities of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, including where support is working, where it is missing, and what mothers actually need. Responses may be reviewed and used by SEREIN to identify common experiences, needs, and gaps in support. What we learn may help inform future SEREIN resources, educational content, tools, products, services, and community initiatives.

You decide whether SEREIN has permission to publicly share portions of your submitted story.

Regardless of your selection, responses may be considered collectively to help SEREIN better understand broader themes and experiences in motherhood.

Providing an email address does not automatically subscribe you to SEREIN marketing communications. If you give SEREIN permission to contact you about your submission, we may use the email address you provide to follow up about your experience or story. If you choose not to be contacted, we will respect that choice.

You are never required to share details you do not feel comfortable providing. Please avoid including sensitive identifying information about other people in your responses, such as full names, addresses, medical record information, or other private information that is not necessary to tell your story.
